When your call comes in to CCG, our reception staff unfurls a red carpet straight to the desk of the designer who's been busily anticipating your inquiry. A brass band parades you through the transfer, and the lucky recipient of your call celebrates its arrival in a shower of hand-dyed confetti. While he or she works thoughtfully at getting to the crux of your design challenge, other team members light votives to add clarity and warmth to the conversation.
When the call is completed, the entire office pauses to raise a glass of something cold and fizzy in your honor. Then we set to brainstorming a new font for your thank-you note, which we letterpress on handmade paper recycled from fine Irish linen by our production wizard.
It's all so much fun we can't wait for you to call again!
