Frank Espada Photography
Challenge: Photographer Frank Espada had accumulated twenty years worth of work documenting the Puerto Rican Diaspora. Although a show had toured the U.S., the planned companion book was never published. Hundreds and hundreds of photographs, each with its own compelling story, were archived and gathering dust.
Solution: CCG worked one-on-one with Espada to organize and edit his collection of photographs into a 200-page coffee table book that captures the passion and struggle and amplifies the voice of a dispersed people. An historic record neglected for 30 years is approaching its second printing, and the world is more familiar with the Puerto Rican Diaspora.
